Weekdays are made for soaking up the start of the sunnier season and adding a little spring in your step to a mid-week lunch or early evening supper - and our Chef’s Picks set lunch menu is perfect for it!
Think two or three flavourful courses bursting with early Kitchen Garden pickings and wholesome “at-its-serious-best” local produce – like Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder, Bolthardy Beetroot Risotto and perfectly tart Rhubarb & Custard.

For a little mid-week treat, why not check out our laid‑back spread of freshly baked, buttered and garden‑inspired bits that feel just right between a wander and a sit‑down.
You’ll find it every Monday to Friday across THE PIGs, where warm scones, tiny pastries and plenty of comforting bakes make for the loveliest pause in the middle of the week.

Our treatment rooms are some of our favourite spots to hide out, and that sinking into a massage, facial or scrub while the rest of the world does its thing feels the really, really good kind of treat.
